The first wave of pianos has arrived, and the streets of Beacon are alive with the sound of music. At Main and Cross the Common Ground piano sprouted up early on Second Saturday.
Meanwhile further down Main Street, the Compass Arts piano established its residency outside the Carriage Works building. And it wasn’t long before it had its first tryout.
One of the more artful and well conceived pianos was located, appropriately, outside the Howland Cultural Center. It was created by Forte Piano Studio.
We will continue to keep you informed as Keys to Beacon builds to a crescendo for 2018. Keep your eyes (and ears) tuned in as more pianos appear all over our city.
